Photographer’s car, or assistant photographer’s car, or assistant to the photographer’s car. We bonded over how small the rear seats were as I was pulling my Genesis around to transport the bride and groom to the reception (naturally I had the cleanest car; my friends are slobs). The bride sat up front while the groom laid down in the back. It worked out.
The wedding was on Saturday, I noticed my car had a slow leak on Friday, I couldn’t get it anywhere to be looked at until after work today (Monday). Just my luck I get a nail exactly in the same spot where I previously had the right rear tire patched from a screw.
Ended up ordering new tires, but it turned out to be okay. When they pulled the tire off to show me the nail, the mid-tread was almost a slick. I thought they’d be okay for a few thousand more miles as I was previously only looking at the side tread.
Oh well, Michelin Pilot Super Sports on the way. 19” though, and they’re on order and might take a while to get the fronts. I probably go sideways more than I should...
